<li>To advise and educate government technology leaders and Federal System Integrators (FSIs) about Information Technology (IT) </li>
<li>To provide expertise in key Federal plays, including, Services Oriented Architecture (SOA), Security, Information Sharing and Collaboration, IT Infrastructure Management, and MetaData. </li>
<li>To brief, demo, and work with FSIs on joint opportunities </li>
<li>To provide lab resources for both development and showcase </li>
<li>To bring the lab to the customer, and the customer to the lab, with IBM technologies </li>
